Back in 2017, we reported on our Social Media pages (Facebook / Twitter) that the french description on the back of the Vita case was using place-holder text. It roughly translated to, "I'm sorry to leave you, but I have to buy a hat. I am going to ask these peasants who come to meet us, if the way in which they have passed is bad", and repeated. The post went viral and was soon picked up by NIS America. During a future print run in 2018, after the retranslation patch, the French was fixed to match the PS4 description. Unfortunately, the patch wasn't included on the cart, making this purely a cosmetic fix for the case insert itself. Die-hard Ys purists would surely seek out both versions. An exact release date is therefore unknown since the rerelease wasn't publicly announced.
